MY EXPERIENCE:
Before, I was using Patanjali kesh kanti naturals and was very satisfied with it but I was looking for more natural shampoo than my current one since patanjali is not all natural, it has some chemicals in it, while surfing the internet I discovered meera herbal powder which surprisingly was not new. It is been used in south India for quite a long time. While further searching about the product I realised that in my school days my mother use to buy a shampoo powder same like this one from khadi gram udyog. I remember when I use to apply that I never had any hair problem , not even dandruff and hair fall, it was all-in-one solution powder. It also used to remove the oil nicely, normally natural shampoos don't remove hair oil but that shampoo did a really great job in removing it. Now coming back to this product , this shampoo is exactly same as that khadi powder shampoo , does the same wonder on my hair specially hair fall, I was having so much hair fall , whenever I comb my hair a huge bush of hair can be seen in comb, but after first usage of this powder my hair fall stopped completely, just 9-10 hair falls which is totally acceptable. Hair is bouncier than before and looks more thick and lustrous. The only con which I find in this shampoo is that , I don't think the lather which it gives can not be from herbal ingredients, there must be some chemicals present in the shampoo which results in such lather.
One thing more, the way to use this shampoo is though mentioned in the product but I don't use exactly this way instead of making paste I use to dissolve the powder in the water making it a runny concoction and then pour that water on hair which makes it lather more, in this way less product is used because when I have used first time I made paste of it and then when I applied on my hair I had to use alot of paste to cover my whole head but after dissolving, less product is used .
Here I am attaching before and after pics:
(BEFORE) (AFTER)
As you can see my lumpy hair are now so bouncy and thick. For me this is a big yes yes shampoo.
PROS:
- Herbal formula
- Reduce hair fall completely
- makes hair shinier, thicker and more lustrous
- do what it claims.
CONS:
Actually none, only I don't think that no chemical is used in making this powder makes me wonder and also availability is an issue , you can only get online specially here in Lucknow I am not able to find it in any stores, other than this nothing.
VERDICT: 4.5/5 (only for availability issue)
